Richard and all,

  It is and has been clear as glass to me that WIPO only has a
very tiny segment of the public interest in it's scope.  That I doubt
will change anytime soon, if ever.  So yes in we must condemn
them roundly regarding "public rights" as they no not of which
they speak as an organization.

  WIPO has not been inclusive in its dealings with public interest
issues for a number of years and has repeatedly proven that
by their lack of transparency on many occasions.
