REGISTER OF COPYRIGHTS TO TESTIFY IN OVERSIGHT HEARING ON SECTION 115

Register of Copyrights Marybeth Peters will be among the witnesses testifyi=
ng before the House  Subcommittee on Courts, the Internet, and Intellectual=
 Property in an oversight hearing on "Section 115 of the Copyright Act: In =
Need of Update?" The hearing will take place at noon on Thursday, March 11,=
 in Room 2141 in the Rayburn House Office Building
in Washington, D.C. The hearing will be webcast live at http://www.house.go=

ory license for making and distributing phonorecords

(115 is about the arrangement under which copyrighted non-dramatic
