The US Delegation to WIPO's Standing Committee on Copyright and Related
Rights (SCCR)  is briefing us on the proposed
broadcaster/cablecasters/webcasters treaty.

Wednesday, October 29 at 11a.m.
at the Library of Congress, 101 Independence Avenue, S.E., Room 403

FYI: The WIPO Committee will meet Nov 3-5, 2003 in Geneva and probably
schedule a diplomatic conference in 2004.
