[Ecommerce] Briefing at LOC Oct 29 on Broadcasters/cablecasters/webcasters proposed treaty

The US Delegation to WIPO's Standing Committee on Copyright and Related
Rights (SCCR)  is briefing us Wednesday, October 29 at 11a.m.at the
Library of Congress, rm. 403 on the proposed
broadcaster/cablecasters/webcasters treaty.  The WIPO Committee will
meet Nov 3-5, 2003 in Geneva and probably schedule a diplomatic
conference in 2004.
