[Ecommerce] Questions on eMule (filesharing)

I'm curious about eMule and if someone on the list can give me "simple, 
and not too technical answers"... I'd be grateful.

Some say that with eMule there's no way to get to the IP address of the 
users.  Is it true?  What would the RIAA for example have to do do track 
users?
