[Ecommerce] Accreditation at WIPO

The Civil Society Coalition (http://www.civilsocietycoalition.org) is 
preparing an accreditation application for WIPO's standing committees on 
patents and copyrights.  Right now 21 groups are listed as members of 
this coalition, and they would be able to use the accreditation, if 
approved, to attend WIPO events.  If other NGOs would like to join, they 
can send me a note and I'll forward this to the steering committee.
