Would you please translate Word files into free public formats before
posting them?  Even when people can read Word format it is still a bad
idea to post in it.  See

I thought of writing also to the SIIA to ask them to use some other
format for publication, but after seeing what "SIIA" stands for, I
suspect they would not listen.
