Notice of Public Hearings: Exemption to Prohibition on Circumvention of 
Copyright Protection Systems for Access Control Technologies

The hearings that were scheduled to take place on April 15 and 30 have 
been cancelled. Instead there will now be an afternoon hearing on May 1, 
a full day of hearings on May 2, and a hearing on May 9. The May 
hearings in D.C. will all be held at the Postal Rate Commission, 1333 H 
Street, NW., Third Floor, Washington, D.C. (For more information, see 
the Federal Register Notice announcing these new hearing dates.)
