The UNCITRAL web site now offers the documents for the next working session
on electronic commerce (New York, May 5 - 9, 2003).
They are:
WP.99 - the provisional agenda
WP.100 - the new draft of the convention on electronic contracting
WP.101 - comments by the ICC on the need for a convention (circulated last
week to the eglobal-list)
They also include two further addenda to WP.98, responses of governments and
NGOs on adapting existing instruments to electronic communications:
WP.98 adds 5 and 6.
