FTAA Civil Society Committee:

This is a reminder that comments regarding the Second Draft of the FTAA 
must be received by the Committee of Government Representatives on the 
Participation of Civil Society by May 1, 20003.  The FTAA Open 
invitation and cover sheet are required for all submissions and may be 
found at:

Note that for submissions to be reflected in the Committee's Report to 
the FTAA Ministers for their eight meeting in Miami Florida in November 
2003, submissions must be received by the Chairperson of the FTAA Civil 
Society Committee by May 1, 2003.
