CALIFORNIA WOMAN LAUNCHES SHRINK WRAP LAWSUIT
A California woman has launched a lawsuit against Microsoft,
Symantec and several software retailers over their software
licensing agreements.  The suit claims the companies
"concocted a scheme" to mislead consumers by requiring them
to consent to "shrink wrap" licenses, which they obviously
have not read.
