A college student of Miyazaki Prefecture was arrested on the suspicion that he alleged sent spam mail and blocked the connection service of the Internet provider on January 15, 2003. This arrest is based on operating disturbance stipulated in criminal law. Arrest by the same illegal act is the 2nd affair so far. Takeshi Muramoto
