[Ecommerce] reminder: Deadline to be a panelist on FTC Feb19-20 Workshop is January 24

Dear Colleagues,

Some of you might be interested in participating in the workshop on 
Public-Private Partnership to fight cross-border fraud at the FTC.  It 
will include a panel on registrar/registry, whois and privacy issues and 
a panel on banks and credit cards among others.  A detailed agenda 
should be posted soon.

Written requests to participate as a panelist in the workshop must be 
filed by *January 24, 2003*( next week).

Written comments on the topics that the panelists will discuss must be 
filed on or before February 14, 2003.
