NTT DoCoMo, the international phone call service, paused to the Seychelles
etc. NTT DoCoMo decided that the company stopped the telephone call handling
to the Seychelles and U.K. Kokuryo, Diego Garcia with international phone
call service. It aimed to prevent the disputes regarding international phone
call charges without using all is charged. The service stopped from December
26th, 2002.
As the measure for the troubles respect to an international phone call, NTT
Communications, KDDI, etc. have already stopped the telephone call services
to a specific country and an area. NTT DoCoMo also followed this. These
troubles usually take place when the victims call the telephone number of
the information service on a magazine advertising and the telephone number
