[Ecommerce] First excution based on spam law

Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications
executed the first administrative disposition to a spam mail contractor.

The Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and
Telecommunications showed clearly that it disposed to the business in Tokyo
on December 25, last year on the 9th based on the spam mail preventing
method enforced in July, last year. It is the first administrative
disposition based on the law.
While the law made the title of mail "non-consented advertising *", it
forbade retransmitting a message when reception refusal was carried out..
This business was against the duty. As a result, the ministry has ordered
the sender to be improved. if this contractor will not obey a order from now
on, the ministry will impose a penalty of a JPY 500,000 or less for the
violation.
