Michelle O'Neill, Commerce Department Deputy Assistant Secretary for ITI
recently returned from APEC meetings in Mexico.  She will brief U.S.
business representatives on several issues of interest.  These include:

·	A read-out of the (1) e-commerce Steering Group; (2) e-government Forum
and (3) e-APEC Task Force meeting.

·	A discussion about APEC's future work on privacy.

·	Updates on the trade facilitation action plan and trade policy for the new
economy.
