You'd complain to the FTC, but it's civil, not criminal, so no jail time,
I'm afraid. Are you following up on this with the wildlife folks? It's
outrageous if they've been a party to this.

This note spoofed me as the sender. The Sender was listed as me, even
though I obviously didn't send this to myself. It appears to be actually be
authorized by the NWF, although even that isn't completely clear. If this
