ACA PROPOSES NEW ISP REGULATIONS
The Australian Communications Authority has proposed a
series of new ISP regulations that would force ISPs to
provide more detailed information to prospective customers.
The regulations cover disclosure on location of points of
presence, user to modem ratios, and anti-spam policies.
