Tokyo court orders injunction against online music-swapping
TOKYO, April 9 Kyodo - The Tokyo District Court on Tuesday banned the
operation of an online music file-swapping service in the first legal
decision in Japan against such a service, which record companies claim
infringe copyrights. (23 :42)
