[Ecommerce] Ottawa meeting on Hague convention and ecommerce

People,

I believe that Pippa Larson can attend the portion of the Ottawa
ecommerce meetings on the Hague convention and ecommece that deals with
business to consumer contracts, representing one or more NGOs.  I think
it would be very helpful to have have her in the meetings.  I believe
Ursula will also be attending.  I think it would be useful to have her
make an intervention on behalf on NGOs, supporting the current Article 7
language in the Hague proposoal, and addressing our concerns regardng
the privatization of law making.  

This could be done several ways.

a.  On behalf of CPT and like minded NGOs.

b.  On behalf of TACD.

c.  On behalf of an ad hoc "Global Consumer Dialogue" type organization.
