[Ecommerce] US E-Commerce Roundatable

I'm around until Nov 3, excluding the 25th.   But I honestly don't think
the roundtable has to work around my schedule, even for a first meeting.

If we could meet on March 1st, that would be nice for me.  But it is
fine to begin on the 7th.  I'm flex either way.  Jamie
