[Ecommerce] US E-Commerce Roundatable

I think this is an excellent idea.  E-commerce affects lots of groups, and
the definition of a single monthly forum for information exchange and
coordination will provide an excellent service.  The non-profit community
needs to coordinate more;  this will be a step in that direction.
