Maybe I'm a bit dense but couldn't they just put www.epa.com on a seperate computer, not attached to anything associated with other EPA computers and continue with the EPA website. I'm putting together a seperate machine that is going to be used strictly for internet, you think the EPA could afford a few hundred bucks for the public. There has to be another reason Rep. Bliley wants the EPA shut down? Or maybe I'm missing something.
