[Dioxin-l] zero dioxin emission

Re Adrian Fox's statment:

"I was told, for example, that modern incinerators now have 'zero dioxin' 
emissions.. "

Would it be possible to get back to the person who made the statment and ask 
for some support for the contention.  I for one would like to see any 
discussion of the dioxin/incineration issue from that perspective.
