[Dioxin-l] online monitor of dioxins in flue gas

I have a reference to an 'AMESA' system used in Germany or the Flemish
region.. I don't really have any details as the information was second
hand.
The reference to it however is a paper by De Fre and Wevers et al,
'Underestimation in dioxin inventory' 1998.  Perhaps someone could point
you towards this paper if it is relevant to your request.
