I see the NAS/NRC/Cmtee on Health Effects of Incineration has published
'Waste Incineration  & Public Health'', Wash D: Ntl Academy Press '99, 315
pp. ISBN: 0-309-06371-X, $44.95 (I know their web site probably
http://www.nas.gov offers 20% all books.  A lot of the spin will depend on
the make-up (selection) of the Cmtee, obviously.
