[Dioxin-l] Measuring dioxins

Dear all,

In Chile, South America, we are working on a incinerator of hospital waste 
which includes a lot of human tissue. The present incinerator is a normal 
combustion chamber with a small afterburner. Untill now, no data has been 
collected on the amounts of PCDDs and PCDFs because no measuring instruments 
are available. Dioxins in the emissions have not even been an issue untill 
now.

We are working on an incinerator that will perform at least in compliance 
with the local legislation. In order to do that we need to measure the 
amounts of dioxins. My question is:

Are there any devices or instruments known that can measure dioxins? To 
detect is not enough, we need figures. Keep in mind that the scale on which 
it is to take place is not big. Any help would be helpful.
