David,

Who are you?  What ideas do you represent?  Why are we not communicating?
One minute I think you are indicating to us that dioxin levels are so high
that there is nothing we can do about dioxin to reduce it to acceptable
levels, and that anything we did would therefore just be a waste of money.
When I let you know that I would consider this solution platent disregard
for human health, and that we should stop producing dioxin immediately, you
come back and call my suggestion vile and odious.  Is this a bit of English
comedy or are American and English different languages?  Or what?  I am
totally confused.
