Yes, Jon, it would be good for our friend to read the entire draft 
reassessment and to understand the significance of the fact that 4 1/2 years 
later, the document remains in draft form. Obviously, there are politics at 
work behind the science -- release of the draft document as it was in final 
form, not draft -- would have a tremendous impact on the policies and actions 
of government from the federal level on down. This delay in releasing the 
document as a final report serves as evidence to me and to many others that 
there is much credence to the information contained within it.
