The dioxin reassessment document that David Bell has pointed to is the
summary volume. It is also available in chapter form at
http://www.cqs.com/dioxheal.htm

The complete 1994 EPA Dioxin Reassessment (many hundereds of pages) is
available at http://www.cqs.com/epa.

I wish Mr. Bell would READ the summary dioxin volume, and then he would know
the full extent of the contamination due to incinerators (estimated by EPA
to be 80% of the airborne dioxin sources).

Jon Campbell

The EPA has a nice site with all their risk assessments on line.
http://www.epa.gov/nceawww1/healthri.htm

The 1994 draft dioxin assessment, is available at:

http://www.epa.gov/ncea/dioxin.htm

There is also substantial briefing on analytical methods, regulations and
sources of dioxins.
