Uhhhhh. Wellll.
I don't use Outlook very much.
My email program has the capability to forward a message keeping
the original sender intact.
Tis a real, non-spoofed email from Mr. Ballmer.
His email says in part "It's important that customers have all
the information they need when making critical and expensive IT
decisions" so I thought it would be OK to forward it.
The interesting thing to me is that the email is an ASCII, with
no html, and no graphic files to be fetched from a web site.
