Guys,

I've been on the Internet for rather a long time now, and every time there =
is a U.S. presidential election in the offing (say, every 4 years or so), a=
nd every time the U.S. get involved in a conflict (say, every 4 months or s=
o), mailing lists get inundated with ill-informed, ill-mannered, off-topic =
postings from people who presumably ought to know better. Why is it that yo=
u people can never be bothered to take the trouble to air your views on pol=
itics in places where other people may actually be waiting for them?

Enough is enough; I'm out of here. My unsubscribe message is going out toge=
ther with this one, so please address any rants to my private @ddress. Who =
knows, you may even help to eventually restore the list to some semblance o=
f normality.
