SCO, BAYSTAR SETTLE DIFFERENCES
SCO has settled its dispute with BayStar and has bought back the
remainder of its stock ending the venture firm's brief $50 million
investment in SCO. BayStar wanted to cash out of the deal because it
did not agree with SCO's insistence on remaining a Unix vendor.
BayStar wanted SCO to solely pursue its intellectual property fight
with IBM.
