IBM MOTION CLAIMS SCO INFRINGES BIG BLUE COPYRIGHTS

IBM has filed a new motion in its suit against the SCO Group claiming
that the Unix vendor has breached the GNU General Public License by
continuing to distribute open source code via its Web site despite
renouncing the GPL.
