Hi Fred, and all.
This has to be one of the most difficult articles I have ever read on the Reg
or elsewhere...
The writer rushed it, the sub-editor/s missed a lot of grammatical errors,
and I found myself reading it a number of times before I understood exactly
what was being said. The intent was there but it was hard work sorting out
the wheat from the chaff!!
