ATTORNEYS UNSURPRISED BY POTENTIAL PATENT PROBLEMS
Attorneys asked to comment on the 283 potential patent threats
recently found in the Linux kernel said they aren't surprised because
of the number of patents issued in recent years. Most of those
patents are not yet court approved and could in theory be used in
future patent claims against Linux.
