" Although Microsoft originally sued Lindows, it will pay the smaller
company $20 million as part of the settlement, according to the settlement
agreement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Lindows, which applied for a Nasdaq listing under the symbol "LINE"
(Nasdaq:LINE - News), said it will stop using the name Lindows and adopt a
previously announced name, Linspire."
