I think that turning off the list is reasonable but not for the reasons 
you supply.

Nader is the only one who would end support for Israel, and that is the 
only way out of the Middle East problem for the US.  So long as we are 
supporting the ethnic cleansing of palestine, we will continue to have 
to expend hundreds of billions a year on security that inconveniences 
our lives.

I will not vote for him, because I want Bush out, and because I think 
the wealthy should not pay confiscatory tax rates, but I respect him.

I do wish that Nader would withdraw at the last minute so that Bush 
would lose.
