JUDGE DELAYS SCO-IBM TO NOVEMBER

SCO had something go its way in court late last week when a federal
judge granted its request to delay its trial against IBM to November.
The judge, however, denied SCO's request to split its patent suit
into a separate case. SCO had another setback in court last week when
the judge denied SCO's request to move its slander of title suit
against Novell to state court. The judge did rule in SCO's favor,
denying Novell's motion to throw the case out of court.
