Reading down the story (below) and the subsequent email comments
on the story, I was led to this gem:
Sounds like MS is reneging...
on paying the blood money to the informant. Anybody with info on
those writing hacks will be from the "inside". That is where
they get their info. MS will construe this as involvement and
refuse to pay the reward. You can bet that you have seen the
last informant. No one else will dare come forward. MS is
basically refusing to honor their reward. NO HONOR AMONG
THIEVES. MS being the biggest.
