"Bloody Microsoft has just released one of those 'critical patches'." Stated 
the head of the UK-ATC IT team, Sir Bill Thompson, "So we went ahead and 
performed one of those 'Windows Updates', you know, in Windows. Everything 
was working fine. It asked us to reboot the computer systems, so we figured 
we would be back up in 5 minutes and no one would notice. Well, after the 
systems rebooted we got one of those bloody blue screens of death! My heart 
stopped. We almost had three airplanes crash. I hate Microsoft!"
