SCO STANDS BEHIND CHALLENGE TO GPL CONSTITUTIONALITY

Contrary to earlier reports, the SCO Group is not softening its
stance on the constitutionality of the GNU General Public License.
Confusion reigned early last week when a SCO filing with the U.S.
District Court no longer explicitly says the GPL is unconstitutional,
but says it's unenforceable and selectively enforced by the Free
Software Foundation.
