DAIMLERCHRYSLER: DISMISS SCO SUIT

DaimlerChrysler, one of two enterprises sued by the SCO Group, has
asked a Michigan judge to dismiss the case. SCO charges
DaimlerChrysler with breaching a Unix contract by refusing to certify
its compliance with the deal.
