PROGRAMMER GAINS SMALL VICTORY IN GPL CASE!
An open-source programmer scored a legal victory FOR the General
Public License that governs Linux and open source software. The
programmer is suing a Dutch wireless networking vendor for its use of
netfilter/iptables that the programmer helped write. A judiciary
panel said the vendor must publish information on how to install its
software in order to avoid further legal woes.
