isn't it vmware in Linux that runs Windows programs by somehow=20
emulating a Windows environment?
and wasn't there a news flash last week about a kid in Israel who=20
developed a way to run Windows programs in Linux, I assume also by=20
building some kind of bubble around them?
I wonder what is special about this Philippine Co's approach?
