What I find interesting about this is that it has been done before.
Specifically, I bought a copy of "Virtual PC for OS/2" just over a year
ago and it runs many OS's (I got it for Win2K and WinNT) basically
to be able to read MS Office docs that some people send me. So it's
neat, and Windows runs inside a "box" on my OS/2 system. The price
of VPC was less than any flavor of Windows+Office.
Guess what? Microsoft bought it out...not sure from whom...either
Connectrix or Innotek who created/sold the VPC product, but now
it's no longer available. In other words, Microsoft killed the product
by buying the license rights because of their predatory monopolistic
behavior.
Can you believe they won't try to do the same with a Linux version?
