IBM ASKS JUDGE TO SPIKE SCO'S COPYRIGHT CLAIMS

IBM has again amended its counterclaim against the SCO Group asking a
federal magistrate to throw out SCO's copyright infringement claims.
IBM's filing twice asked the judge to call off the impending April
11, 2005 trial, which the judge can do after an Oct. 22 deadline
established as the day both sides must fully share information in the
case.
