Between where the memo says "Microsoft referral" and BayStar says
"Microsoft wasn't involved", I'm sure there are plenty of ways for
Microsoft to get the funding to SCO Group without officially appearing
to be involved.  If you're Microsoft, there are only so many useless
Unix licences you can buy to support SCO Group.  Beyond that, you have
to be creative.  The point is to leave the public with only
circumstantial evidence.  This is where I hope the legals will step in
with some subpoenas and provide some clarity.
