This is more than that. I'm asking about under the table *cash* payments, or
equivalents.

Because if true, it's a crime. Besides, the vulnerabilities in the Microsoft
monoculture have cost the world tens, maybe hundreds of billions of dollars. If IBM
colluded with MS in the establishment of this monoculture, and if it truly is illegal,
it's well worth bringing out into the open.
