Of course they are.  MSFT stock has been flat, or slightly decreasing for a
year-and-a-half.

And Warren Buffett is catching up to Gates in the "World's richest man" contest.

And Gates' net worth is slowly decreasing from about 80 billion to around 46
billion now.

So they have to find some way to get more money from suckers who use Windows.
